Karen, When I first met you I thought who is that person with the weird combine harvester accent and infectious laugh? It was the late 90's and bands like vengaboys were cool, and Toy Story the movie was the coolest thing we had ever seen. We quickly became really good friends and pretty soon were creating memories from group holidays to parties for any celebration we could think of. In 1999 | was handed one of the greatest privileges which was being chosen to be your maid of honour. Sadly and for reason's I will never understand, "you" this beautiful full of life person was struck by this terrible illness. It was time for you to leave the Geordies and go home to your family which left me with a very heavy heart. Throughout all these years you have always and will forever be in my thoughts. Love to you always Tracy & Marco Tighe.

Just a note from all of us here at the MS Society to say that we are thinking of you, and all those who knew and loved Karen, at this time. Friends and family can remember and celebrate Karen’s life by adding photos, videos, music, or lighting a candle - as we have done. This can be done over the coming weeks and months and in the years to come, creating a lasting tribute to her life. If there is anything at all that we can help you with, please do not hesitate to get in touch. tributefunds@mssociety.org.uk 020 8438 0773
